ANDINE finds the right loan - at the best rates - from the right lender - for YOU!

FAQs

Q?

Why should I choose ANDINE and not go direct to the bank myself?

A.

  • More choice:?ANDINE compares your needs with the offerings of the top 15 lenders, as well as with private funders, and advises you of the best offer. A bank will only tell you about their own loans.
  • The best deal:?ANDINE keeps up-to-date with the latest terms and conditions of lenders and is able to negotiate the best rate for you.
  • Save time, less hassle and stress:?ANDINE manages the paperwork and does all the running around on your behalf, from preparation of the initial application, to guiding you through the process until final settlement.
  • Convenience: ANDINE will meet you at a time and location that suits you, many lenders will not do that; you need to go to them.

Q?

How much does ANDINE charge?

A.

  • Our home loan service is free of charge, as the lender pays ANDINE a commission when your loan is settled. Lenders pay Mortgage brokers, in a similar way as they pay their own staff to manage loan applications.
  • However, there may be a charge to you, if your circumstances necessitate the arrangement of a privately funded loan.

Q?

What is a “privately funded loan”?

A.

  • Non-financial organisations and/or individuals with funds available for the sole purpose of providing home loans.
  • Should your circumstances be outside the requirements of the offerings of the lending institutions, this alternative will be explained in detail before any application for finance is progressed.

Q?

Why is the Australian Credit Licence (ACL) important?

A.

  • The Australian Credit Licence is issued by ASIC to an individual and also to a company.
  • Andrew Kostanski and his company ANDINE, are both licenced.
  • Lenders must not deal with a person or company who does not have a Credit Licence.
  • Each lender has its own accreditation and testing process of licence holders.
  • If the licence holder isn?t accredited with a particular lender, or in the case of private funding, then their representatives are prohibited from doing business with the lender.
  • This means Andrew can establish a relationship and source loans directly from any lending institution, whomever he thinks is best for you.
  • This is a big advantage to you, as most Mortgage Brokers do not have their own licence but instead work as representatives under a Company licence holder, and can only deal with the lenders their Company select.
  • This greatly reduces the options on getting the right loan at the best rate for YOU.
