Andine has been working within the finance industry since 1999. Our services include mortgage broking, and assisting investors to expand and strengthen their portfolio.
  • As Andrew has owned his own businesses for the past 30 years, he appreciates what self- employed business owners face and require when it comes to investment. Who better to be on your side then someone who?s been there and has helped many self-employed operators acquire loans and grow their assets!

I originally came from an importing background, and dealt with international finance for many years. An opportunity arose in 1999 to move into the mortgage industry, which at that time was in its infancy in comparison with today.

I took a leap of faith, and have now run my own broking business for over 12 years. Since the introduction of the National Consumer and Credit Protection Act of 2012 (NCCP), I obtained my own Australian Credit Licence (ACL). Having my own licence means I can source loans directly from any or all lending institutions, whomever I think is best for my client.

This is a big advantage for the client, as most Mortgage Brokers don?t have their own licence but instead work as Credit Representatives of a licence holder. If that licence holder doesn?t have a relationship with a particular lender, or in the case of a solicitor for private funding, then they are prohibited under their Credit Representatives Licence from doing business with them.

This greatly reduces the options on getting the right loan at the best rate for YOU.

Our history

At first...

I have always been interested in finance, and wanted to learn as much as I could about all manner of home loans and commercial loans so that I could eventually start a business. So I worked as an employee for three years at two high-profile Mortgage companies to gain the best experience and knowledge and establish a trusted reputation.

then...

I started ANDINE. The business went well, all from referrals and not through advertising. It continues to do so, even through the Global Financial Crisis which hit us all about 5 years ago. Many of my clients from ?the early years? returned to me when their circumstances changed and they needed a loan.
